Sifu
Hong began studying martial arts at age 8, and was a top third
Wushu athlete in Zhejiang Province, China. She earned a B.A. of Education
Degree with majors in Wushu and Tai Chi at the Zhejiang Normal University.
Sifu Hong then studied Traditional Chinese Medicine for two years
at Zhejiang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Sifu Hong was
USA Forms Grand Champion; "Internal Athlete of the Year";
USA National Team Member; performed nationally and internationally
including Canada, China, Hong Kong, and the USA.
