WCACC members have been actively involved in many efforts to support important causes, from aiding victims of tragedy to raising funds for education. Specifically, they have helped to organize and sponsor many benefits and public events in the greater Seattle area. See below for some examples:

Katrina Fundraising Event

After the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, WCACC members initiate a benefit dinner to raise funds for the Katrina victims. The dinner was a collaboration of 20 local organizations and companies.

Show of Spirit, a fundraising event for Sept 11 victims:

A large benefit performance at the University of Washington's Meany Hall to raise funds for the Sept 11 victims in 2002, bringing together over 100 performers from major local artist and community groups.
